ROCK DRILLS & BITS

We provide a comprehensive selection of rock drilling tools, including top hammer percussive drilling tools, down-the-hole drilling tools, overburden casing advance systems, rotary tricone drilling tools, and carbide grinding equipment. Our products are widely used across various industries such as mining, quarrying, water well drilling, blasting holes, coal, and salt mining. Rock Bulls tools are fully compatible with renowned brands like Atlas Copco and Ingersoll-Rand, offering durability and an extended drilling lifespan. Our heavy-duty rock drills deliver a high blow rate and torque for rapid drilling, even in the toughest rock, while their all-forged alloy steel construction ensures excellent durability and low operating costs. The compact design and high power-to-weight ratio make them ideal for quarry work globally. Rock Bulls' high-performance percussive rock drilling include threaded and tapered drill bits, extension and tapered rods, shank adapters, and various other drill tool accessories.

HandHeld Rock Drill

We provide highly efficient hand-held Rock Drills suitable for both dry and wet drilling. These drills feature low air and an impressive drilling rate to their weight. They are extensively in mining, tunneling, quarrying, construction, and utility services across the country. This air-flushed, medium-duty Rock Drill is ideal for various surface drilling tasks in quarries and construction sites, capable of drilling with diameters ranging from 34-42 mm using H22 Integral/extension steels to a depth of5 meters. Rock Bulls Drills are powerful tools with a track of excellent performance.

Chisel bit

The tapered chisel bit features a chisel design similar to tapered chisel bits, but with varying taper degrees and diameters. Cross bits typically have carbide tips, which can include chisel, cross, or button types. As the carbide wears down, it can be sharpened to maintain effectiveness before it runs out completely.

Button bit

The tapered button bit is a more advanced version of taper drill bits when compared to taper chisel bits and taper cross. Featuring carbide buttons hot pressed onto the bit bodies, it offers excellent drilling performance and durability. It is typically used for hard or extremely hard rock formations.

Bench Button bit

The bench button bit is a sophisticated type of taper drill bit, superior to standard bits. Crafted with high-quality rock, these bits are among the best available. Featuring carbide buttons that are hot pressed onto their bodies, they offer excellent drilling performance and longevity. Typically used for hard or extremely hard rock formations, they come in sizes R32, R38, T38, T45, and T51.

Taper Drill Rod

Tapered drill equipment features a hexagonal chuck section that allows for leverage on the rotation chuck bushing, which often includes a forged collar to ensure the correct shank striking face position in the rock drill and to fit a tapered bit at the socket end. Holes are generally drilled in increments of 0.6 m to accommodate the air-leg feed length. Various rock formations and drills require different taper angles; therefore, we offer tapered drill rods in three grades, with lengths ranging from 600 (2’) to 11,200mm (36’8”), measured from the collar to the tapered end.

Extension rods Threaded Pipe Coupling Sleeve and Drill Shank Rod Adapter

Extension rods, couplings, and shank adapters are utilized globally for top-hammer production drilling in sectors such as mining, tunneling, construction, and quarrying. Our extension drilling tools are engineered to deliver maximum impact energy to the rock while minimizing energy loss in the drill string.
