ZSW Series Grizzly Feeder
The vibrating feeder is the unit that feeds lump, granular or powdery material from the warehouse or hopper into a receiving machine in a uniform and continuous flow or, by a pre-determined amount. ZSW Series feeders can be used to feed various ore, stones, river pebbles, construction waste and other lump or granular material. The feed chute is equipped with a single layer of grate bars which pre- screen material in order to remove fines and sundries. They employ a double eccentric shaft vibration exciter which is very powerful giving stable amplitude, uniform and continuous feeding coupled with high efficiency. Your ideal Grizzly Feeder partner!!
Circular Vibrating Screen
Vibrating Screens have a K series block eccentric vibration exciter which unleashes huge power and large exciting force. The flexible, intermediate transmission connection increases amplitude with the vibration remaining stable. The whole structure of the unit is very simple with installation, adjustment, parts replacement, and maintenance is easy and convenient. Compared to axis eccentric vibration exciters, the external block eccentric vibration exciter used in our YK Series has a more powerful exciting force. Our unique design allows the operator to easily adjust the amplitude and frequency of the vibrating screen to suit different operational requirements.
B Series Aggregate Belt Conveyor
B Series Belt Conveyors use a modular component design which greatly simplifies the production process, reduces difficulties associated with installation and disassembly, and also saves on logistics costs. The modules are joined with bolts which are convenient and reliable. The main beam is made from C shaped steel which is light but is of higher bending resistance compared with channel steel of the same grade. The supporting leg is a modified Y-type which makes supporting more secure and also greatly increases stockpiling space.
SD Series Rock Sand Washer
SD Series Sand Washers are commonly known as wheel bucket type sand washers. They have been developed and are produced by ROCK BULLS who have adopted both domestic and international advanced technology in order to offer you a world class sand washer. Potential capacity is 180 tph which will satisfy most sand washing requirements. Our units are not expensive and do not use much power. They can wash and grade and when operational aggregate will be ground by the driving force of the impellor which removes sundries covering aggregate surfaces and destroys the water vapour layer covering the sand. Washing and purifying functions are also completed because of the very strong water flow. The design is very simple but effective with the impellor’s bearing being separated from water and material that is exposed to water. Our new sealing method and totally enclosed oil bath type transmission will greatly reduce the potential for bearing damage caused by water soaking, sand and pollutants.
