PF Series Impact Crushers are mainly used in the following industries: metallurgy, mining, cement, chemicals, fire-resistant materials, ceramics, expressway construction, water conservancy projects, aggregate and sand processing fields, etc. Based on years of assessing data gathered from operational experience, ROCK BULLS R and D Centre ascertained that traditional linear plate hammers are liable to wear causing the impact surface of the plate hammer to not strike materials perpendicularly thus causing a rapid decrease in crushing efficiency.
After extensive research and testing various hammer plate designs we finally decided to use crescent plate hammers. In comparison to linear plate hammers, crescent plates possess a large impacting surface and force and are also far more durable.
